School Summary
Cub Run Elementary opened its doors in September 1986. In partnership with its parents and the community, Cub Run continues to provide students with a quality educational program that values teamwork, exploration, discovery and problem-solving. Cub Run sets high expectations for all of its students with a standards' based curriculum that is progressive and challenging. To support these expectations, the school is committed to building on each child's unique strengths with a variety of instructional and enrichment programs. Cub Run is joined in its educational goals by parents, teachers, administrators, support staff members and business partner volunteers who work together to prepare the students to be competent, confident and respectful as they progress on their academic journey. A cooperative spirit and strong communication between home and school are key factors in creating a positive community. Students, staff, and parents are all work together in ensuring an environment of respect, responsibility, and kindness.
