Fairfax County Public Schools welcomes most donations. If you would like to make a donation, please use the donation form below because it allows us to better support you, track donations, and send you a thank-you note. The donations process is a four-step process. Depending on the item(s) offered and the complexities of delivery or pickup, the process can take up to two weeks.
- Step One: Complete the donations form below.
- Step Two: FCPS will contact you within two business days to determine if the item(s) offered will be accepted or declined. Delivery or pickup options will be discussed.
- Step Three: Delivery or pickup of item(s).
- Step Four: FCPS will e-mail a thank-you letter/receipt that may be used for tax purposes.
